This is a physically demanding, high-responsibility career that offers some of the most lucrative compensation and benefits packages in the transportation industry, providing lifelong stability and immense union protections.

The UPS Box Truck Operations

• Bulk Commercial Routing: Navigate a densely packed commercial route using a 24-to-26-foot box truck. You will execute massive, multi-pallet drops to retail distribution centers, corporate mailrooms, and industrial warehouses.
• Freight Handling: Utilize hydraulic liftgates and manual pallet jacks to load and unload towering pallets of packages, frequently sweeping entire shipping docks of outgoing commercial freight.
• Commercial Vehicle Mastery: Safely pilot a heavy-duty commercial truck in all weather and traffic conditions, performing rigorous pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections and adhering strictly to DOT regulations.

The Ultimate Corporate Advantage
